Cathy A. Osborne

Cathy (Forder) Osborne was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Born in Medina October 6, 1972, she would eventually raise her son and step kids in the same area. She worked hard for her family, dedicating multiple decades to Orleans Correctional and Albion Correctional Facilities. This helped her build a life for herself and her family in their little place called home.

Cathy attended college later in life, after having her son, and received a degree in Criminal Justice to further her career.

Cathy was a loving and caring person who would do anything for those she loved as well as strangers. This compassion was felt by all who got to know her. She also had a quick and sassy wit that will be greatly missed.

Sadly, this life was brought to an end on June 8, 2025 at the age of 52, following a prolonged battle with pancreatic cancer. She was a fighter until her last breath, and it is that memory that her family wishes to be carried on.

Cathy is survived by her biological son, Brad; her stepchildren, Albert Jr. and Angel; her adoptive daughter, Karolina; siblings, Cheryl, Bill, and Rick; as well as her mother, Shirley.

In place of flowers or visiting hours, the family asks for courtesy, privacy, and support as they attempt to pick up the pieces left behind.
