Charles R. Allen, Jr.

Charles R. Allen, Jr., 64, of Lewisburg, Tennessee and formerly of Medina, NY passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 23, 2026.

Born September 6, 1962 in Medina, he was a son of the late Charles R. Allen, Sr. and Judy A. (Ruger) Allen. Chuck graduated from Medina High School in the Class of 1980. He was an active member of the East Shelby Vol. Fire Co. from 1980-2003. Chuck worked for most of his life as an auto mechanic. He had recently moved back to New York from living in Lewisburg, where he worked for Walmart for many years.

In addition to his parents, Charles was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Tasha L. Allen in 2014.

Survivors include four children, Caitlyn Allen (Anthony Cirulli), Jessica Allen, Wyatt Allen and Enza VanDorn; six grandchildren, Michael Chisler, Briley Allen, Amelia Rodden, Aidan Allen, Rozelle Allen and Jessabella VanDorn; two brothers, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Allen and David (Roseanne) Allen; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no funeral services held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Knights-Kaderli Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 684, Medina, NY 14103. Arrangements are in the care of Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina.
