E. Randall Holbrook

E. Randall Holbrook, 55, of Bergen, NY passed away on June 11, 2016 at his home in Bergen, NY after a long and heroic battle with cancer. Randy was born in Albion, NY, graduated in 1978 from Medina High School, and studied Geology at SUNY Geneseo and Buffalo State. He also attended the Hallmark School of Photography. Randy married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Kozody, August 26, 1995. He worked as a laboratory manager for a number of Rochester geotechnical engineering firms, most recently CME. Randy was a member of the Bergen Planning Board. Photography, technology, vintage vehicles, bicycling, reading, and movies were a few of his favorite past times. He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer; his mother, Jeannine Connor; his father, E. Ronald Holbrook (Cathy March); his sisters, Desiree (Tim) Roberts and Kristin Nottingham, four nephews, six nieces, one grandniece, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call Friday June 17 from 2-4 PM and 6-9 PM at Cooper Funeral Home 215 W. Center St. in Medina, NY. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday June 18 at 11 AM at St. Brigid Church, 18 Gibson St., Bergen, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the Unity Health Foundation or Save the Children.
