Pamela (Duncan) McNeil, 73, of E. Amherst, NY, beloved stepmother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother and friend. Although Pamela’s earthly journey came to an end on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, her life still continues on…

Pamela has transitioned from this world. Gratefully, she is flying free, free of pain. Pam has surely been reunited with her loved ones who have gone on before her and she is loved.

Pamela is predeceased by her mother, Priscilla B. (Warner) Duncan; father, John E. Duncan; and her older brother, John D. Duncan.

Pamela is survived by her stepson, Mark E. (Jeannie Beeby) McNeil; her five step-grandchildren, Courtney McNeil, Carrie Ann (Jacob) Covert, Caitlyn McNeil, Conner McNeil and Colleen McNeil; as well as her younger brother, James A. (Sandy) Duncan and numerous cousins.

Pamela’s memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 21 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 6339 Hamm Rd., Lockport, NY 14094. This will be followed by a luncheon in her honor in the Cultural Hall. Interment will be in the Williamsville Cemetery in Williamsville, NY at a later date.
